Network Support Engineers/Consultants
Netshield's ideal candidates will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments, including Windows Server, Exchange and SQL, as well as a sound knowledge of LAN & WAN technologies, including switching & routing.
A distinct advantage would be knowledge of Security Technologies - Firewall/VPN, authentication SSL & Thin Client technologies. Other desirable skill sets would include experience of Cisco and Citrix.

Internal Sales
Duties include Cold-calling & Telephone Account Management of both existing and potential customers (B2B), setting appointments, developing relationships and achieving sales targets.
Applicant must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, have an outgoing and positive personality. Experience in IT would be and asset but not essential. Would suit ex-graduate level with self development and career path ambitions.
